Matted yorkie paws scissor and clipper

When paws become matted, either on top or bottom, it is painful and tricky to get out without injury. I use a 40 blade, and shears sometimes, but be careful, knicking the pads and cutting into the webbing in the paw is easy. If you can’t see what you’re doing, don’t do it.
